Stone and wood work create a natural tone colour palate

The architecture of this villa refect beautifully well on the elevation to create a dynamic cuts in the structure even before the elevation treatments are done. The huge balacony in the front faces the Burj Khalifa. The main focal element is the views from the living room, one side is the villa’s garden area and the other side views the swimming pool of the villa. The windows are full height, fixed glass with black powder coated frames. The wooden panels are hight streaks to compliment the grey stone used throughout the building. There is a focal element surrounding the windows of the living.
