“Soft Curves” are the basic concept for the design of the elevation of this villa. The ceiling bands and the walls facing the road side corner of the villa are the main elements the beautifully reflect the curves of the building. This site is located in Nad al Sheeba Gardens. It is a corner plot and is has a frontal view to the Burj Khalifa. Hence a large covered balcony is provided on the front facade. The marble used on the curves adds sophistication. Wooden lovers are added as highlights. The colour palatte has simple shades of grey, white and wooden colours.
