Being the Restaurant of a old resort, we had to retain and work around the giving skeleton of the building. This became our major challenge in the design of this project. The floor heights and beam depths were quite low, the positions of the columns were definitely not favorable.  Instead of trying to cover up, we decided to exposed the beams and columns and make them an spatial element by itself. This Resort Restaurant definitely holds a aesthetic and relaxing mood board made of a neutral colour palette and natural materials like wood, stone and landscape. The Entrance lobby has a double storey height space with black marble cladding and wooden rafter combination The railing and elevations are all seamless glass. The Hero element is the straight flight staircase in the atrium, that leads to the first floor level. There is also an entrance directly to the first floor from the pool side. The curtain walls enable huge and beautiful views from the inside of the restaurant adding to the visual space. There is a live counter and another buffet counter in the first floor along with couple and family seaters.
